Thank you for being awesome and writing for my teeny tiny fandom. You are obviously a person of fine (if possibly varied) taste, and I'm sure I will love anything you write.

For general stuff I like, I like plot, and porn (and combinations of the two), I like het and slash and femslash and threesomes or moresomes.
Kink and suchlike are a bit hit and miss with me. I’ll say nothing massively extreme, and trust your judgement. And please, no watersports, scat, heavy BDSM please. Not my cup of tea. I have a bit of an embarrassment squick (which seems way more common than I thought, who knew?)
Please no hurting animals please. I am a sap like that I'm afraid.
I’m not a massive fan of schmoopy fics, or h/c that lays the comfort on really thick (all about balance).
I like angst, but I’m not a big fan of huge ‘oh woes noes is me’ when it’s the characters own fault.
Death!fic is probably fine, AUs are awesome.

Matthew Swift Series - Kate Griffin

Backstory! I love backstory. Tell me things about Nabeela and her family, the Beggar King and why he is (the idea of Beggar Kings fascinates me, and I really like the way Griffin uses hers). Give me Penny and Matthew eating crap takeaway somewhere and talking about nothing and everything. Tell me about Penny and her awful dates.
Failing that, give me the world (not literally) of Matthew Swift. What are other cities like? (Hull and Ipswich are both places dear to my heart, and Milton Keynes is rather tied to me these days, even though the place drives me crazy) How do other urban wizards work? How do those who still practice older, more rural magic work?
I'm not sure I want an AU for this, I think I'm a bit too in love with the world, if that makes sense?

I really do love this series, for all that I do think it has some flaws. I love the world building, and I love the way it works along the lines of the Unknown Armies roleplay system (which is one of my favourites). I am fond of Matthew, in that I think he's a bit of a prat.
I'd love to see you take on other parts of the country (if you feel up to it) or if not, I love slices of life, or cases.
The one thing I will say is that I really can't ship Matthew with anyone. It just, doesn't really compute in my brain.

Ysabel - Guy Gavriel Kay
Another turn of the cycle, somewhere between the start and the end.
Or the after, with Ned and his family.

The idea of the story replaying over the years fascinates me, and I'd love to see it happen some other time in history.
Or give me some closure afterwards for Ned and his family (I have read Fionavar so do know the backstory of Kim and David).

The Authority
I have no idea. Anything dear author! Go wild.

(and to be fair, I love all of the (old) Authority (I really haven't stayed up to date with the new 52 version))

I, go wild if this is what we matched on, dear Author. I love the Authority in so many ways, it is a bit ridiculous. I know it's flawed, I know it isn't always good, but its fun.
I do love all the characters, for so many different reasons, but I think I singled out Jenny S as she speaks to me on many levels (namely being gobby and English). Backstory, in the middle story, whatever.
If you don't want to write that Jenny, Jenny Q is also win.
