Yuletide letter
Dear Yule author,
For offering any of the fandoms I requested, you are totally awesome. I’m really sorry that my requests range from specific to vague and not really much middle ground, that’s sadly the way my brain rolls.
For general stuff I like, I like plot, and porn (and combinations of the two), I like het and slash and femslash and threesomes or moresomes.
Kink and suchlike are a bit hit and miss with me. I’ll say nothing massively extreme, and trust your judgement. And please, no watersports, scat, heavy BDSM please. Not my cup of tea. I have a bit of an embarrassment squick (which seems way more common than I thought, who knew?)
Please no hurting animals please. I am a sap like that I'm afraid.
I’m not a massive fan of schmoopy fics, or h/c that lays the comfort on really thick. Most of the characters I’ve gone for here are not sweet or schmoopy characters, I’d like them to stay as they are if possible.
I like angst, but I’m not a big fan of huge ‘oh woes noes is me’ when it’s the characters own fault.
Death!fic is probably fine, AUs are awesome.
Night Angel Trilogy
Ok, so I would really love something with Dorian and Solon and Feir before the books start. Mostly engaging in shananigans or something. I kind of cared more about these characters than I did about Kylar and co. Which is a bit daft, I know.
But if you have no mojo for those three, then something with Kylar and Vi after the books? Or what would have happened if Elene hadn't sacrificed herself (I thought it was a bit daft, in a way)? Or Durzo getting his own version of a happy ending. I don't know, I could throw ideas around for these books until I am blue in the face.
Ok, so I have a stupid fondness for these books, even though at times they made me irrationally angry, and I may have threatened at one point to throw them at my boyfriend (he loaned me them) but anyway.
I adore Dorian. Seriously. And if you are offering this fandom, I sort of hope you do too, although I’m not going to hold it against you, because you’re pretty awesome if you are offering this fandom.
I would, above all other things, love to read some shenanigans that involve Dorian, Solon and Feir before the books start, because there are hints that there have probably been many shenanigans, and well, I’m sure, dear author, that you can come up with something awesome.
If those guys aren’t your thing, I would totally read Kylar and Vi getting on with their lives and being competent after the end of the books (at least as competent as they ever are). Or some other variation I have waffled about above. I’m not really into Kylar/Vi unless they’re going to be snarking mightily at each other.
Otherwise, go for it (threesomes are totally awesome if that’s the way you roll, by the way)!

Um. Charity being made of win? Michael being made of win?
The only thing I can't really stand in this fandom is Harry/Thomas, and I prefer slightly messed up Thomas than uber super shiny and wonderous Thomas.
The Carpenter family are awesome, as are the Fae contingent.
Um. I love all Carpenters (including Molly, please no hating) and all Fae, so you probably can’t go wrong there.
As I said in my sign up, I don’t really dig Harry/Thomas, and Thomas actually irritates me a fair bit, unless he’s slightly screwed in the head.
I am, I think, totally up to date with canon.

I'm not wholly sure what I'm after here. I'm also a tad behind on the comics (probably around the 260 mark? I think, it's been a while).
I can't think of anything I do or don't like for this.
I think I requested some of the ladies, and they are totally awesome. In fairness, I would read John’s exes swapping stories on him, quite happily. Or John being a grump, or doing stupid stuff. I prefer him when he’s in England, but that’s because I’m English.

Um, I don't know. Ooh, Juliet taking cases, that would be cool.
Juliet is awesome. Her doing stuff and being awesome would be cool, some background for her.
Otherwise, go wild, I think.
I can’t think of anything else, but I’m running late for work and may add to this tonight. I’m really sorry.
