Yesterday was basically hell on earth. I worked 9 til 5 with maybe 5 minutes to have a loo break and grab a cup of tea. If it weren't for Welsh cakes I may well have died from hunger.
All because some tit in timetabling cocked up and failed at something they were supposed to do (put three students in the same seminar group).
Add to this the fact that it was pissing it down with rain, and the fact that a bunch of fucking ingrate barged infront of me at the bus stop, meaning I had to wait another half an hour for a bus and get my face poked by idiots with umbrellas, by the time I got home, cold and soggy, I was pretty miserable.
(Also, the same thing happened on the bus in the morning; I was the first one there, another girl turned up, who promptly hopped on the bus, thus rendering it full and meaning that I had to trudge down to the other campus to ensure that I actually got on the next bus - seriously, what idiot company only runs single deckers on busy university routes?)
But anyway, yesterday was hellish. Lots of history and then advanced psychology and third year education studies.
And I now probably have freshers flu. I have problems enough keeping warm, and last night I was bundled in so many layers and still freezing. Joy.
I'm off to LARP (or at least tabletop the adventure we should have been doing live but for a shitty weather report and a lack of people who can drive) and then its back to a 9 o'clock start with apparently someone I went to primary school with. Which could be entertaining.
I have no drive to write, and I've realised I still have a bingo card that I've barely looked at. And it's NaNo soon. And I have to write an adventure for next week.
Right, find kit, find pills for the killing of flu, leave the house. I can do that.
